Dan is our Vice President of Business Development at Relay, where he is responsible for managing all new prospect targeting and market outreach efforts for the business. A seasoned veteran of high growth, fast-paced organizations, Dan most recently served as Director, Enterprise Business Development for ESI International, a global Project Management learning and development business headquartered in Arlington, VA. While with ESI, Dan personally built multi-year commercial client relationships with a number of F1000 institutions including Verizon, Nestle, Navy Federal Credit Union and DaVita Healthcare. His work ultimately earned him recognition as ESI's Commercial Salesman of the Year.
Much of the early part of Dan's career was spent in individual contributor and Sales management roles within The Corporate Executive Board (NYSE: CEB) in Arlington, VA. CEB is one of the leading member-based executive advisory companies across the globe, advising C-Level executives from the majority of the F1000 within its membership. During Dan's time there, CEB experienced considerable growth - Fortune Magazine's 100 Fastest Growing Companies (2002) and Forbes 100 Innovative Growth Companies (2014) - affording him leadership responsibilities leading teams entering new marketplaces and delivering new products to market.
Dan holds a B.S. in Marketing from the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University and an Associates Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He enjoys guest lecturing at Temple University, golfing, and playing the guitar poorly... very, very poorly. He lives in Ardmore with his wife and two daughters, Maelyn and Anna.
