Relay was founded to make it easier for businesses
and customers to communicate with each other.
Sounds obvious, right? Well even though it seems like a no-brainer, we're betting that if you ask both sides, everybody thinks it could be a lot easier.
We decided to fix that.
We did a little bit of digging and found that businesses are doing a whole lot to try to connect with their customers -- mobile apps, email, social media -- the list goes on. Thing is, businesses can't quite seem to get the adoption they need to get a compelling return on their investment. As a result, they churn and burn through a lot of time and money to only reach a small group of their customers.
And what about the customers, you ask? It's not all that great for them either. Ever evolving mobile technologies and expanding social platforms have made people more connected than ever before. They want communicating with the businesses in their lives to be just as seamless, but it still feels like they have to jump through hoops to get the information they're looking for.
And then the light bulb went on...
What if we could wipe the slate clean and build the perfect way for businesses and customers to interact? What if we could take the things we've learned from existing communication channels and apply them to something new?
We thought we were really onto something big. We cleaned the white boards, brewed the coffee, and rolled up our sleeves (see process below). We strategized ways to effectively bring the two sides together and came up with some pretty good ideas (if we do say so ourselves).
Clean White Boards
Step 1: What do great brainstorms have in common? White boards.
Brew Coffee
Step 2: It's liquid idea
fuel. Coffee goes in,
innovation comes out.
Roll Up Sleeves
Step 3: Step right up for two front row tickets to our big idea gun show.
We'd love to share some of our ideas.
We really would. So if you're interested in tapping into the potential of your customers' mobile devices, strengthening your customer relationships, or just feel like sitting down and chatting, get in touch with us.
We'll keep the coffee hot.
